I'm an electrical engineering student at Dartmouth. This past summer I worked on an edge-AI accelerator, a chip that runs computer vision on a tight power budget. I study engineering inside a liberal-arts degree, on purpose. I want to understand not only how technology works, but who it serves, what it changes, and whether it's worth building at all.

I'd rather understand each thing I build all the way down, including what happens after it leaves my hands.
